These Terms of Use govern your use of Sentence Mining application provided by Sentence Mining App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our App.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. During the registration process, you may be provided with a free trial period of 30 days, during which you can use the App without providing any payment information. The free trial period does not require a credit card.
After the free trial period, you may choose to subscribe to the App by selecting a subscription plan and providing payment information. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payment will be charged to your provided payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings within the App. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the App until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your access will be terminated. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription term.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sentence Mining App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Sentence Mining App is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the application, including loss of data, profits or problems caused by third parties. This limitation applies even if we have been informed of possible risks.
Sentence Mining App reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
